We don't need your API
We know an integration can mean a whole certification on your side. This is not an integration: it's a link in an email. You open it, you answer, done. No account, no password and nothing to install.
When several drivers report a problem at one of your chargers, we email you and you can respond. Your answer shows up in the app, under your name, and drivers see it when they open that charger.

The alert goes out the same day the issue starts showing on the map, grouped: one email with all your affected chargers, not one per charger.
When you confirm a charger is fine, we don't pin your version on top of everyone else: we hand the status back to the official source and to what drivers report. If you say it's under repair, that is shown as is, with your note.
Every change is logged with its date and time. It's useful for you and for us: it's the proof that you were notified and of what you answered.
The part is on order, service by Friday.

A broken charger with no explanation is a bad review. A broken charger with this card is a network that responds.
The link in the email settles today's alert. If you want more, there's a portal with an account at voltiway.com/operador: your team signs in with their email, sees only your network, keeps each charger's details —connectors, power, hours, price and pin—, adds new ones, answers alerts and talks to us through support. Two-step verification can be turned on.
We verify by hand that the email is yours before granting any access, and we write down how we checked. It's the only authentication the system has, so we take it seriously.
We have a one-page sheet with where the data lives, what encryption we use, which audits we have passed and —also— what we don't have. Ask us for it and we'll send it over.
Write to us and we'll tell you in two emails how your network looks in the app.
